This Cookie Policy explains how Aurimen ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies when you visit https://aurimen.io, use https://app.aurimen.io, or interact with third-party content that you choose to open as part of the Service.

This Policy forms part of the Aurimen Legal Center and should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It describes current, verified behaviour.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar browser-storage technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and comparable client-side storage used by applications or embedded third-party content.

Some technologies are strictly necessary to provide authentication, security, or core Service functions. Others may support analytics or third-party content. Aurimen distinguishes cookies from other storage technologies where relevant and does not describe localStorage or sessionStorage as cookies.

The table below lists cookies and similar browser-storage technologies verified from Aurimen application code and current production configuration. Durations are stated only where verified; otherwise they are qualified.

Aurimen does not currently use optional website analytics cookies or analytics trackers.

Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies support authentication, session continuity, security, and core application functions required to deliver the Service.

These technologies may operate without optional consent where legally permitted. Blocking them may prevent secure login or other essential Service functions.

Aurimen does not currently use dedicated preference cookies for optional interface customisation beyond the strictly necessary application storage listed above.

Aurimen does not currently use optional website analytics cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioural-tracking SDKs in the public website or application.

Aurimen does not currently use Google Analytics, PostHog, Plausible, or similar third-party analytics SDKs in application code.

Aurimen does not currently use marketing cookies, advertising identifiers, or retargeting pixels on the Aurimen websites or application.

Selected questionnaire links or user-initiated form actions may open content provided by Fillout. Fillout may use cookies or similar technologies on its own domain when the user chooses to access that form.

Fillout does not load automatically on the initial Aurimen page visit for the free intake or authenticated questionnaire pages. The provider form loads only after the user deliberately chooses to start the questionnaire.

When payment checkout is activated through the designated payment provider, that provider may set cookies or similar technologies on its own domain during checkout. Those technologies are governed by the payment provider's policies and are not listed above as currently active Aurimen website trackers.

Transactional emails are sent through Postmark where configured. Aurimen does not embed Postmark tracking scripts in the website. Link or open tracking, if enabled in the email provider account, would operate in the email channel rather than as a website cookie listed above.

Infrastructure delivery currently responds from Vercel. Cloudflare or other edge layers may participate depending on deployment configuration; no Cloudflare-specific cookies were verified from Aurimen application code or the inspected production response headers for app.aurimen.io.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage operate to provide authentication, security, session continuity, and requested Service functions. They may operate without optional consent where legally permitted.

Aurimen does not currently activate optional website analytics or marketing trackers.

User-initiated third-party services may apply their own technologies when the user chooses to access them.

Browser controls remain available as described below.

You may limit cookies and similar storage through your browser settings.

Signing out of the application ends the authenticated session according to current authentication behaviour.

If you choose not to start a third-party questionnaire, Fillout technologies on that provider's domain are not loaded by Aurimen for that visit.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and to clear localStorage and sessionStorage. Blocking strictly necessary authentication cookies or related storage may prevent secure login or other essential Service functions.

Aurimen may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, or Service behaviour change. The current version is published on this page with an updated date.
